Her name was Jen :) She assisted my friend and I, not only to find the pants I was looking for, but even dismantled stacks and stacks of pants (to find my jean size), knowing full well her customer services skills were being used to bring personal well-being and happiness. Truly a servants heart. She also assisted me to get an exchange during my unfortunate mishap with my pants sizes! You are amazing Jen!!!! Keep up the good work! :)))))))))))))
