  We go based on our experiences. As paying customers you are expected to receive a certain type of quality in what you pay for. I'm not here to belittle anyone or trash talk anyone, I'm here to rate the business, employees and it's services.
  Both Master Maloney and Marcano are amazing! My child has learnt so much in the years of being here and it's al because of these two Masters (and the younger one that used to be here but now took employment at the fish and chip restsurant).
  The front desk staff are not friendly. She has her favourites amongst the children and parents, which is fine, but I have seen other children try to get her attention and she just ignores them. An establishment that deals with children in a day basis better employ individuals that enjoy being around children and can be supportive and caring towards each child, or you're in the wrong business
  The owner Elliott says hi to who he wants to, and pretty much just stays under the radar. I personally have never seen him smile to a child or even look like he was interested in what he was doing.
  
  It's nice that the establishment tries to hold events for instance like Halloween. However, I think this should be something like a treat for the children. Selling tickets to guess how much jelly beans are in a jar is ridiculous. I can understand trying to cover costs, but there are some things that are just cheaply done and this is why there is hardly ever a good turn out.
  
  The Dojang if so special and sacred and needs to be treated respectfully, needs to be kept clean. It stinks and is dirty.
  
  A lot needs to be done to help this place become a supportive, nurturing environment for our learning children. They will learn better and grow better with a friendlier and happier place to go. It's not just all about money, you should want these kids to succeed and move on to better things in life.
  
  I truly believe the majority of children are there because of Master Maloney and Master Marcano.
